Selection Bias: Concepts and Tools

This talk will: (1) use causal directed acyclic graphs to characterize selection bias, (2) highlight less commonly considered sources of selection bias, and (3) discuss tools for minimizing selection bias. Such tools include redefining the target population, changing the study design, and employing analytic approaches (e.g., standard regression adjustment and inverse probability weighting).

This event is an IN PERSON event only. Please register if you are able to attend onsite.
