Associate/Full Professor, Epidemiology (T/TE), Co-Director, Skin Cancer Institute (UACC)
Description
The University of Arizona Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics (UArizona) and the University of Arizona Cancer Center (UACC) seek a dynamic leader for a fiscal (12-month) position as a tenure-eligible or tenured Associate and Full Professor of Epidemiology and Co-Director of the Skin Cancer Institute (https://azskincancerinstitute.org ).
We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated ability to direct the Skin Cancer Institute and contribute to original, creative, and multidisciplinary research in cancer epidemiology. A successful candidate’s research should complement current areas of strengths in the Epidemiology Program and UACC. The successful candidate is expected to develop and/or teach the equivalent of 2-3 courses per year, including graduate-level courses and/ or undergraduate courses, mentor graduate students, and contribute to the research and service missions of the college.
