Poster Session 2: Wednesday, June 22, 5:00 – 6:00 PM

There will be four posters per board, two per side. The maximum size for posters cannot exceed 4 feet by 4 feet. Push pins will be provided. Poster/program numbers will be available online once the program has been posted, as well as onsite on the poster room directory board. As a reminder, all presenters are required to register and pay to attend the meeting in order to present. Posters will be hung the night before each session and will be on display for nearly 24 hours. A panel of judges will select the four best posters from each of the three sessions. Poster winners will be recognized publicly at the Plenary Sessions.


The Epidemiology Congress of the Americas is offering a special poster printing opportunity for authors accepted for a poster presentation.  This includes the printing of your poster to the specifications according to the acceptance letter and the shipping of your poster to the meeting venue.  Although this is not mandatory, it is being offered as a service to the presenters.  The ideal size for your poster is 42”x42”.

The benefits for using the poster printing program are as follows:

  1. The poster will ship to the meeting. You will be able to pick up your poster onsite and avoid the inconvenience of traveling to the meeting with your poster. It will be there waiting for you.

  2. Free templates are available for download to make the poster creation process as easy as possible.

  3. Customer support is available during regular business hours to assist with questions.

Please note, if you select to have your poster printed by Learners Digest International, you will still be responsible to mount your poster during the designated set up times.  You should be in attendance during your scheduled poster presentation time. Please refer to your poster notification details for specific times.
