Dr. Alexandra Restrepo Henao is a physician and master in epidemiology. Dr Restrepo is a faculty professor at University of Antioquia, Colombia. She is the director the program to violence prevention and risk behaviors –PREVIVA. Her research interests focus on the study of protective and risk factors of different forms of violence, and the design and evaluation of programs to prevent violence and risk behaviors. She has been conducted different programs to promote early child development. She has also participated in the design and evaluation of public policies to prevent violence.
