The Society for Epidemiologic Research’s 58th Annual Meeting is expected to bring together over 1200 research, education and health care professionals with an interest in epidemiology. Presentations will focus on new and ongoing research. Refreshment breaks will be set up near the exhibit tables to facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and participants. The exhibit area will not be locked during non-exhibiting hours, and participants will be allowed to move through the exhibit area at all times. Security regarding computers or other valuable items is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
The tabletop exhibit fees are $975 non-profit and $1150 for-profit.
Payments must be received by May 1, 2025.
The registration fee includes one representative, one 6′ table in an 8′ x 4′ space, continental breakfasts, breaks and entrance to all conference sessions. Additional representatives are welcome to register separately at the SER Member rate.
