Responsibilities:

Manage day to day project operations
Assist with the development of structured data collection instruments
Coordinate project research activities with other agencies at multiple sites
Develop and manage databases (Excel and SPSS)
Maintain contact with occupational organizations and participants
Manage project paperwork with internal and external oversight committees
When needed, supervise data collection efforts and scheduling duties of the Research Assistant
Prepare materials for data collection and assist with data collection
Contribute to the development of study-related documents and/or materials; and
Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

Master’s degree preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Excellent quantitative and qualitative data analytic skills or desired to develop these skills;
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with statistical software (SPSS/SAS/Stata/R) a plus;
Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision;
Travel is required
