The Medical College of Georgia (MCG) is the only public medical school in the state of Georgia, which began in 1828. The Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology (DBE) is part of MCG within Augusta University, and is currently seeking candidates for the Division Chief of Epidemiology. Our mission is to advance knowledge in the fields of biostatistics and epidemiology, and to provide leadership and scholarship in research, teaching and mentoring, for the advancement of biomedical science and improvement of human health.
