Dr. Coffman is Assistant Professor in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Temple University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and was Research Associate Professor at The Methodology Center at Pennsylvania State University prior to moving to Temple. Her research focuses on causal inference and propensity score methods, particularly for continuous exposures and mediation. She currently is funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse to further develop causal inference tools for continuous exposures and for mediation.
