Farzana Kapadia is an Associate Professor of Public Health & Population Health at New York University’s College of Global Public Health (CGPH). She is an epidemiologist who has conducted a number of research studies examining factors that influence HIV/AIDS risk across the lifespan. In addition to focusing on HIV risk among adolescents and young adults, her research has also focused the impact of HIV/AIDS on the physical, mental, and neurocognitive health of older, HIV+ adults. She earned her doctorate in epidemiology from Columbia University.
