Annette Adams

Dr. Annette Adams is an injury epidemiologist and a research scientist in the Department of Research & Evaluation at Kaiser Permanente Southern California in Pasadena, CA. Her work focuses on injuries in older adults, including risk factors and outcomes of osteoporosis-related fractures. She also studies pharmacologic influences on bone health. Her most recent work has examined the effects of long-term use of bisphosphonates on atypical femoral fracture risk and outcomes. Dr. Adams holds a doctorate in epidemiology from the University of Washington.
