Mr. Julian Santaella is a Fulbright fourth year doctoral candidate in the Department of Epidemiology at Columbia University. His research focuses on injury and violence prevention, mental health problems and substance use disorders. Before coming to Columbia he worked at the Cisalva Institute for violence and injury prevention in Cali-Colombia, where he worked in the design and development of crime observatories and data management.
