Welcome to the SER Annual Meeting Poster Presentations! This page provides all the details presenters and attendees need to participate, prepare, and get the most out of the poster sessions.

Poster Board Info:
Each poster board accommodates four posters, with two displayed on each side. The maximum allowable poster size is 42 inches by 42 inches. Push pins are provided for mounting, and both poster and program numbers are available online as well as onsite for reference.
Poster Awards
For each poster session, judges will select the four best posters, and the winners will be recognized at the following plenary session.
Poster Printing
SER offers optional poster printing and shipping directly to the venue, a service that is encouraged but not required for presenters. Free poster templates and customer support are available to assist with preparation. Presenters are responsible for mounting their own posters upon arrival.
