Welcome to the SER Annual Meeting Poster Presentations! This page provides all the details presenters and attendees need to participate, prepare, and get the most out of the poster sessions.

Poster Board Info:

Each poster board accommodates four posters, with two displayed on each side. The maximum allowable poster size is 42 inches by 42 inches. Push pins are provided for mounting, and both poster and program numbers are available online as well as onsite for reference.

Poster Printing Info:

SER offers optional poster printing and shipping directly to the venue, a service that is encouraged but not required for presenters. Free poster templates and customer support are available to assist with preparation. Presenters are responsible for mounting their own posters upon arrival. Poster Awards

For each poster session, a panel of judges will evaluate posters based on scientific rigor, clarity, and overall quality of presentation. The four highest‑rated posters from each session will be selected as award recipients. Winners will be recognized during the following plenary session and will each receive an Amazon gift card in acknowledgment of their achievement.

Help Recognize Outstanding Poster Presentations

Poster judges play a vital role in recognizing outstanding research at the SER Annual Meeting. Judges participate in person during poster sessions, June 23–25, and evaluate assigned posters using SER’s new online judging system. Poster assignments will be sent in advance of the meeting. Complete the form below to volunteer as a poster judge in Phoenix.
