Register to attend the 2026 SER Conference! Registration opens in January 2026! Your registration includes access to all plenary sessions, poster presentations, networking events, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and receptions. Please review the fee schedule before completing your registration to ensure you select the appropriate category. Pre-conference workshops are available for an additional fee.
LMIC RATES
SER is offering a reduced registration fee for those traveling from a low- or middle-income country (LMIC). A full listing of eligible locations can be found here. If you are eligible for the reduced rates, please contact Courtney Long, clong@epiresearch.org for additional information.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation of your registration becomes necessary, you may send written notice to Courtney Long, clong@epiresearch.org. Cancellations made by May 15th will be accepted. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after May 15th are responsible for the entire registration fee.
