Eric Lofgren is an Assistant Professor in the Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health at Washington State University. His research interests primarily concern the mathematical and computational modeling of infectious diseases, particularly healthcare-associated infections and emerging infectious diseases. He is particularly interested in the intersection of computational models and observational data, as well as ways to visualize and quantify uncertainty in large-scale epidemiological simulations.
