Submit Your Workshop In-Person or Online
Workshop submissions can be submitted with your preferred presentation method: Virtual Only, In Person Only, Either, or Both (meaning you will offer the workshop in both formats)
When Are In-Person Workshops?
The in-person workshops will take place on June 15, 2027, in Detroit, Michigan, with three-time options available: Morning (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM), Afternoon (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM), and Evening (5:30 PM – 7:30 PM).
When Are Virtual Workshops?
Virtual workshops will be offered throughout the year, and if accepted, the date and time of your session will be finalized accordingly. Virtual sessions are available in two formats: a 2-hour workshop from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Eastern, and a 4-hour workshop from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern. Virtual Workshops will be held in August 2027.
What is required to apply?
To ensure smooth logistics, please include the following details in your submission: a clear title, a concise description of the session, the intended target audience, and any presentation format preferences (e.g., room setup, max participants, timing constraints).
