SER annual meetings are typically planned five years in advance to ensure we can secure the necessary space and favorable rates at host hotels. We strive to rotate locations across different regions of the United States to make attendance accessible for all members. Each site is carefully selected based on ease of travel, hotel space availability, and budgetary considerations—among other factors.
