Associate and Full Professor
Description
The University of Texas at San Antonio is hiring five positions at the Associate and Full Professor levels in brain health and trauma research. We are seeking individuals with expertise in epidemiology, neurodevelopment, neuroscience, traumatic brain injury, psychological trauma, or related fields who can build successful, externally funded research programs.
The positions available include:
Neuroscientist studying neurodevelopment, animal, or human neuroscience.
Clinical Psychologist researching trauma, PTSD, or TBI through preventative interventions, clinical trials, or longitudinal studies.
Epidemiologist focusing on injury/trauma outcomes or prevention/intervention.
Biomedical Engineer using innovative approaches to promote brain health or trauma prevention/intervention.
Behavior Analyst utilizing data science or AI methodologies in trauma-related assessment and treatment research.
The Brain Health Consortium at UTSA offers collaboration opportunities with top institutions, including UT Health San Antonio, Texas Biomedical Research Institute, and STRONG STAR PTSD Consortium.
