Suzzane,

Are you referring to using sampling weights in a g-computation based model or some how deriving weights from a model? If it is the former, what type of model were you thinking about (non-time varying, use of propensity weights, type of outcome model, etc.)? This seems achievable, though I can't think of a citation off the top of my head. I would imagine a comparable approach published at some point in AJE, IJE, or Epidemiology:)
