She is a social epidemiologist with a focus on children’s health disparities, life course determinants, and immigrant health. She currently co-leads the Data & Research Core of the West Philly Promise Neighborhood, a place-based, multisectoral initiative to provide cradle-to-career supports to children and families, and serves as Philadelphia PI of Children’s HealthWatch, an ongoing multi-site study to monitor the influence of public policy changes on the health and well-being of low-income babies and toddlers in the US.
