Dr. Huang is a Research Scientist and heads the Biostatistics platform at the Singapore Institute for Clinical Sciences where he leads and collaborators on a number of projects on Maternal and Child Health from prediction modeling to disease etiology. His research focus is on the use of molecular biomarkers to strengthen causal inference in reproductive, perinatal, and pediatric epidemiology. His broader interests are in the role of causal inference in the production of scientific knowledge and, in turn, informing clinical and public health policy.
