Ehsan Karim

Dr. Ehsan Karim is an Assistant Professor at the School of Population and Public Health, University of British Columbia (UBC); and a Scientist and Biostatistician at the Centre for Health Evaluation and Outcome Sciences. He obtained his Ph.D. in Statistics from UBC, and completed his postgraduate training in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Occupational Health at McGill University. Dr. Karim’s current research focuses on causal inference and observational data analyses. These workshop-materials were developed as part of a graduate course Dr. Karim teaches at UBC, and have been presented in several other events.
