Donna Rivera

driveraDonna Rivera, PharmD., MSc., is a Pharmacist and Program Director in the Epidemiology and Genomics Research Program in the Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences at the National Cancer Institute.  Her research focuses on the use of pharmacoepidemiology studies to evaluate adverse drug events and health outcomes across the changing cancer treatment landscape, with an emphasis on immunotherapies, molecularly targeted therapies, and vaccines. Additionally, her research includes evidence generation and synthesis for Precision Medicine guided clinical decision making tools to improve the quality of cancer care delivery.  Dr. Rivera earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida.
