Annual Meeting

Registration Information

The registration fees include attendance at all conference sessions, conference materials, continental breakfasts, and refreshment breaks.  Registration may be completed by mail, fax, or via the Internet.  A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of the completed registration form.  Payment can be made by check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Payment must be received prior to admittance to the meeting.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of your registration is necessary, you may send written notice to SER or call 801.525.0231. Cancellations made by May 27th will be subject to a $40 administrative cancellation fee. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after May 27th are responsible for the entire registration fee. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time. When calling, be sure to ask for and retain your cancellation number.
