Exhibitor Information

The Society for Epidemiologic Research is excited to announce our 43rd annual meeting being held in Seattle, Washington, June 23 (eve) - 26, 2010 at The Westin Seattle, 1900 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101.

We would like to invite you to participate at this meeting. The tabletop exhibit fee is $600. If you would like to have a exhibit, please sign and return the Contract and Registration for Tabletop Exhibit. All fees must be received prior to June 3 or exhibit space may not be available.

We expect between 650-750 research professionals and other health care professionals with an interest in epidemiology to attend. Presentations will focus on new and ongoing research.

General Information

The Westin Seattle is offering a special room rate for SER conference attendees of $195 single or double occupancy, plus tax. Additional occupants are $30 per person. Reservations are available online through the SER website at http://www.epiresearch.org/meeting/accom.html. The room block is limited, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible.

Refreshment breaks will be set up near the exhibit tables to facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and participants. The exhibit area will not be locked during non-exhibiting hours, and participants will be allowed to move through the exhibit area at all times. Security regarding computers or other valuable items is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

The registration fee includes one representative, continental breakfasts, breaks, and most conference materials. Any additional representatives will need to register separately at the member rate.

Shipping

Vendors will ship all freight directly to the hotel. Specific shipping details will be mailed upon receipt of application and payment.
